またまたフットサルの誤認の続きです！！
次は足裏でボールを扱うことについてです。
フットサルを競技として経験されている方は分かると思いますが
フットサルでボールを止める時は基本的に足裏でボールを止めます。
今回はその足裏について書いていきます。
よく僕が耳にする足裏のデメリットとしては、プレーが小さくなってしまう。その場に止めてしまうから次のプレーができない。変なクセがつく。
このような意見はもちろん分からなくはないです！！
では実際どうなのか？についてです。
結論としては、それはないです！！
何度もこのブログで同じようなことを言ったかもしれませんが、
足裏も一つの技術であり手段です。どこでどう使うかということ。大切な技術の1つなわけですから、正しい使い方をすれば選択肢やプレーのバリエーションは増えます。
では、なぜ足裏で止めることに対する誤認が起こるのか。理由の多くは指導者が足裏に対して正しい知識がないからというのが主な問題かと。足裏に対して正しい知識がない目で、選手が足裏を使ってミスが起こると、「足裏を使うからダメなんだ」という風になり、【足裏はよくない】となるかもしれません。あくまで想像ですが。
足裏は比較的近くに置くからプレーが小さくなるというデメリットは、大きく動かすべき場面で使えば確かに不要かもしれません。でもそれは足裏がいけないのではなく足裏を使う場面を間違えたということ。
もうひとつ、足裏を使うとその場に止めてしまうからよくないというデメリットは、
逆になんでもかんでも動かす方がいいプレーなの？サッカーはその場に止めること自体がダメなプレーなの？僕はそうは思ってなくて、選手がその場にボールを止めたくて足裏をつかったのであればいいプレーだと思います。次のプレーへの意図があるからです。
根本的なことを言うと、フットサラーが足裏でボールを止めますがその場に止めてばっかりじゃないですｗめっちゃ足裏で動かします！！
足裏で押して大きく動かしたり、ねじるように横や斜めに動かしたり、少し引いて前に押し出すように前後に動かしたりと全方向どこでも動かします。
だから足裏がその場だったり、小さくなるというデメリットはその人が見て認識している足裏の話です。
だいぶ昔の話ですが、ブラジルのネイマールが柏との試合で決めたゴールも、右の足裏からのキックフェイントから左に持ち替えてのシュートでした。
当時、テレビやネットでもわいていましたが、フットサラーからするとフットサルで一番初歩的なキックフェイントやん。という感想です。ネイマールがやるから凄く見えるのは確かですがｗ
バルセロナの選手でパスを足裏でトラップしてゴールを決めています。
競技としてフットサルをしていた僕でも、サッカーの時にパスをそのまま足裏でコントロールは中々しないですｗ
海外のトップクラスの選手になれば足裏も技術の1つとして使いこなしてゴールを決めるための最良の選択肢になるわけです。
少年のサッカーの試合で、僕のスクールの卒団生でも、ネイマールと同じキックフェイントで相手をかわしてゴールを決めています。
引いて押して前後に動かす足裏トラップで相手をかわしてトーキックでシュートを決める選手もいます。
足裏がいいとか、サッカーでフットサルの技術を使う方がいいと言っているのではなくて
色んな事を経験して色んな技術を身につけて、いろんな選択肢を持てる選手になって欲しいと願っています。それを変なクセとか言うのであれば、ほっとけばいいかとｗ
選手には色んな磨き方をして素晴らしい選手になってほしいです。
