ご縁があり、徳島ロータリークラブでお話をさせて頂きました！！
テーマは
【 フットサルを通じて徳島を熱くする 】
おおまかな話の内容ですが、FC STORY Tokushimaと
僕のフットサル専門スクール「Fut STORY」に
関わる選手育成について3つ話しました‼
FC STORY Tokushimaはフットサルとサッカーが融合したクラブであり
サッカーのためにフットサルをフットサルのためにサッカーをトレーニングすることで、FC STORY Tokushimaにしかできない選手育成を目指し
選手の可能性を最大限に引き出すことを目指す。
指導者が育つことで選手が育つ環境ができる
勝利至上主義にとらわれないこと、選手の可能性を潰すのではなく、
今の結果に固執せず
将来を見据えて将来羽ばたいて行けるような選手を育てたい。
選手の受け皿を作るために環境を整えること
メニーナは徳島の女子サッカー選手のために本格育成クラブとして設立し
男子高校生のＵ-18は本格的にフットサルを目指したい選手、サッカーからフットサルに転身したい選手のために設立
ないものを生み出すことで徳島に貢献できる。
といった流れでお話をさせて頂きました。
FC STORY Tokushimaはまだま知名度も貢献度も低いクラブではありますが
最近少しずつ認めてくださる方が増えてきてやりがいを肌で感じられる事も増えてきました。
「メニーナはいいサッカーしているね」
「指導者の声かけがいいね」とか
サッカー指導者の方からも
「フットサルはこれから注目される」
「フットサルの流れは確実にサッカー育成現場にきている」
など、FC STORY Tokushimaのことやフットサルのことを評価してくださることもあり、本当に嬉しいですm(__)m
その反面、アンチが増えてくることも仕方ないかと…
根も葉もないことで悪く言われることもあります(´；ω；`)
何か新しいことにチャレンジする時は決まってこういう事はありますね！！
それも含めて見てくれているとありがたく受け止めて
徳島の少年少女のために、僕たちがやれることを精一杯チャレンジしていこうと考えております！！
まだまだ挑戦はここから。
徳島に貢献できるように、徳島を熱くするために
尽力します！！！！！
冒頭での掴みは「赤い彗星ネタ」でスベって失敗しましたがｗ
